<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide energy ray-curable primer ink, which improves image fixability of an image recorded with inkjet ink on an impermeable recording medium and can attain a high-quality image. <P>SOLUTION: The energy ray-curable primer ink includes a polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator. The polymerizable compound comprises a monofunctional monomer alone, or a monofunctional monomer and a bifunctional monomer. The polymerizable compound further contains within the molecule, a monomer having a (meth)acrylic group and any one functional group from among an oxetane group, an oxirane ring, and a vinyl ether group, and 2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropyl acrylate. The total content of the monomer and the 2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropyl acrylate ranges from 25 to 95 mass% with respect to the total amount of the ink. The content of the 2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropyl acrylate is 10 mass% or more with respect to the total amount of the ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
