<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium that is capable of simultaneous double-sided printing, has reduced printing time, and is excellent in robustness such as water resistance, scratch resistance and light resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium includes: an opening sheet portion 2 formed with an opening part 13; a first transparent sheet portion 3 disposed on one side of the opening sheet portion through a first folding line 5; and an opaque sheet portion 4 disposed on the other side of the opening sheet portion through a second folding line 6. The first transparent sheet portion has a first transparent resin base material and a first transparent ink receiving layer 12 disposed on the surface of the first transparent resin base material. The opaque sheet portion has an opaque base material, an opaque ink receiving layer 23 disposed on the surface of the opaque base material, and a first adhesive agent layer disposed on the rear surface of the opaque base material.
