<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate type nonaqueous secondary battery which has improved sealability and large capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous secondary battery includes: a laminated outer package consisting of a power generation element having a cathode and an anode, a nonaqueous electrolyte, and a laminate film; and cathode and anode electrode materials made of metal, electrically connected to the cathode and the anode, which deliver electric power to the inside and the outside of the laminated outer package and which have the laminate film fused thereto, characterized in that the power generation element housed in the laminated outer package has a capacity of 20 Ah or more, and that the nonaqueous electrolyte contains at least lithium hexafluorophosphate and a low LUMO supporting salt consisting of a lithium salt whose LUMO value is equal to or less than that of lithium hexafluorophosphate. The lithium salt whose LUMO value is less than that of lithium hexafluorophosphate partly reacts with lithium hexafluorophosphate in the wake of battery reaction. This reaction proceeds before a reaction to generate HF from lithium hexafluorophosphate. The product arising from this reaction is a substance which does not affect battery reaction and the sealed part of the battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
