The present invention is provided to promote longevity of a member for forming a slide seal and a sliding surface since a sliding friction resistance between a sliding surface and a slid surface of a sliding seal is zero or an approximate value. A first member is free to be rotated to a second member, and the slide seal is mounted on a mounting concave side of the second member. The slide seal is a circle ring shape and a shape of a cross section which passes a center line is a quadrangle. When the slide seal is not mounted on the mounting concave side, an external diameter (D1) of a fixing circumference surface which is pressure welded in a floor surface of the mounting concave side of the slide seal is bigger than an internal diameter (D2) of the floor surface of the mounting concave side. Moreover, an internal diameter (N1) of the slid surface in a side for facing the sliding surface of the first member of the slide seal is bigger than an external diameter (N2) of the sliding surface. When the slide seal is mounted on the mounting concave side, since the slide seal is elastic deformed toward a shaft diameter direction, the internal diameter (N1) of the slid surface is match or approximate with the external diameter (N2) of a sliding surface.
