A terminal device for receiving a control channel containing a DCI format and transmitting a PUSCH, wherein: the DCI format contains an uplink index and information expressing a HARQ process number; transmission of the PUSCH is adjusted to a first sub-frame when the first bit of the uplink index is set to 1; transmission of the PUSCH is adjusted to a second sub-frame when the second bit of the uplink index is set to 1; and the HARQ process number of the PUSCH corresponding to the second bit is assigned on the basis of at least the information expressing the HARQ process number and whether or not both the first bit and the second bit are set to 1.
