摘要 The invention relates to the field of in vivo fluorescence measurements by endoscopy or laparoscopy. The device of the invention comprises a source of excitation light illuminating an object, in particular biological tissue, and inducing an emission of emission light by the object examined. The emission light is, for example, a fluorescence light. The device makes it possible to obtain an image of the biological tissue examined, on the basis of the emission light. The device also comprises a telemetry sensor emitting a telemetry light beam towards the object. A projector element makes it possible to project the excitation beam and the telemetry beam directly on the object. The telemetry sensor makes it possible to estimate a distance between the projector element and the object. The measurement of this distance makes it possible to modulate an intensity of the excitation light emitted by the object. When the object is biological tissue, this makes it possible, on the one hand, to comply with illumination thresholds of biological tissue and, on the other hand, to maintain an illumination of constant intensity. The projector element can in particular be included at the end of a laparoscope or of an endoscope. One of the uses of the invention is in medical fluorescence imaging by endoscopy or laparoscopy.
