<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination unit and a display device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination unit includes a first and a second reflectors 200, 300, at least one light source module 100 arranged between the first reflector 200 and the second reflector 300, a bracket 400 supporting the light source module 100.
