A matrix panel and manufacturing method thereof, and display panel and display device. The manufacturing method comprises: forming first conducting patterns (101, 201), second conducting patterns (102, 205) and metal connection lines (103, 202, 204) on a substrate (100), wherein the metal connection lines (103, 202, 204) are connected to the first conducting patterns (101, 201) and the second conducting patterns (102, 205); and performing an etching process on the metal connection lines (103, 202, 204) so as to isolate the first conducting patterns (101, 201) from the second conducting patterns (102, 205). In the embodiments of the invention, the metal connection lines are connected to the first conducting patterns and the second conducting patterns so as to balance a voltage difference between the first conducting patterns and the second conducting patterns and generated in a manufacturing process, thereby decreasing a probability of electrostatic discharge and increasing product yield.
