<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket for dental correction that can reduce the replacement frequency of an archwire. SOLUTION: A bracket for dental correction is provided with a base plate 1 to be fitted to a crown of tooth, and structure fixed to the upper side of the base plate 1, rising from the base plate. This structure is provided with at least one slot opened toward the top part of the bracket and specified by a bottom wall and sidewalls 6, 7 so as to receive an archwire. A compression spring 11 generating force by the archwire inserted in the slot 5 is supported by the bracket, and this force acts toward one sidewall restricting the slot 5.</p> |
