<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a pressure medium fluid flowing out of a consumption unit to a vessel with a slight consitution change, and to control moving speed of the consumption unit in a flowing direction irrespective of the load. SOLUTION: An amount of pressure medium flowing from a consumption unit 2 can be controlled by a throttle valve 24 in the state of the consumption unit 2 connected to a vessel 16. The throttle valve 24 is loaded by the pressure on the upstream side of a throttle valve 21 of a control spool 20 in a closing position direction. It is thus possible to adjust the pressure to be applied to the closing position direction of the throttle valve 24 by means of a valve device 42 forming a specified pressure difference.</p> |
