PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dehumidifying heat pump type automobile air-conditioning and heating equipment to perform dehumidifying heating and be suitable to an electric vehicle through a system constitution eliminating a need for a refrigerant recovery line, reduced in the number of part items, and simplified. SOLUTION: A motor-operated compressor 7, a subcondenser 4, a main condenser 5, a check valve 24, a liquid tank 9, an expansion valve 10, and an evaporator 3 are coupled, in the order, to a refrigerant piping. The outlet of the subcondenser 4 and the inlet of the liquid tank 9 are interconnected through a bypass pipe 21. A first solenoid valve 22 is arranged in the piping on the inlet side of the main condenser 5 and a second solenoid valve 23 is arranged in the bypass pipe 21. During cooling operation, the first solenoid valve 22 is opened, the second solenoid valve 23 is closed, and during heating operation, the first solenoid valve 22 is closed and the second solenoid valve 23 is opened. Recovery of the refrigerant is carried out by properly controlling the opening closing timings of the two solenoid valves 22 and 23.
