PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the strength of an opening projection of a fixing groove by arranging an inner strap board vertically spaced apart from each other on a base board forming a backing plate and affixing a similar face strap plate broader than the inner strap board to the inner strap board and unifying the base board, the inner strap board, and the face strap plate together in face adhesion. SOLUTION: Many sheets of inner plates 2, 2... cut off like straps are arranged to be vertically spaced out on a broad base board forming a backing plate in the wall face panel P. Face strap plates 3 broader than the inner plate 2 are affixed to respective inner plates 2 to form a dovetail-shaped fixing groove 4 forming opening projections 5, 5 between the face plates 3, 3. In this way, since the base board, the inner plate, and the face plate are combined together, it can be easily manufactured. Further, by using a strong plate member as the face plate, the strength of the opening projection of the fixing groove can be secured and by use of a lightweight plate member for the base plate and the inner plate, the weight can be reduced.
