PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a member to a base member which is difficult to hold it with a fixing material to be driven by sticking a reinforcing member for fixing made of a viscous adhesive layer and a metallic plate to the base member and piercing it while putting the reinforcing member for fixing into the position to fix the member to be fixed by the fixing material to be driven. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 3 for fixing is stuck to specified four positions of a gypsum board 11 on the surface of a partition panel 1 by an adhesive layer 32. Subsequently, a housing shelf 2 is pushed on the reinforcing members 3, 3... at specified positions and temporarily fixed by the adhesive layer 33. The reinforcing member 3 for fixing is forced to pierce from the inside of the housing shelf 2 by screws 4, 4.... In this way, the gypsum board which is a brittle member is reinforced by the reinforcing member 3 for fixing and the screws 4, 4 are fixed by the reinforcing member 3 for fixing and gypsum board 11. Hence, the board is firmly and stably fixed for a long time and it is excellent in earthquake-resistance.
