The location of the metal mold moving means 7 at the time is detected by a detecting means, and the curvature center locations of the incident-side and image-forming-side specular pieces 1 and 2 are detected by curvature center location detecting optical parts 4 and 5. Operations based on the curvature center locations detected by the curvature center location detecting optical parts 4 and 5 and the location of the metal mold moving means 7 detected by the detecting means are performed by an operating means to measure the eccentricity of the incident-side and image- forming-side mirror frames 1 and 2 for lenses.
