PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure accumulating device offering simple construction for preventing an extreme lower liquid pressure in an accumulator and maintaining the sealing function of a sealing member for the accumulator. SOLUTION: The hydraulic pressure accumulating device 2 comprises a hydraulic pump 8 for pressurizing and discharging a hydraulic liquid in a reservoir 4 and the accumulator 10 for accumulating the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump 8 and supplying the accumulated hydraulic pressure to an external actuator 50, wherein a control valve 30 is provided between the accumulator 10 and the external actuator 50 for communicating the accumulator 10 with the external actuator 50 when the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator 10 exceeds a preset pressure PO and for cutting the accumulator 10 off the external actuator 50 when the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator 10 is the preset pressure PO or lower.
