PURPOSE: An information inputting system with a variable arrangement of keypad, and control method thereof is provided to enhance security of information by preventing peeper from obtaining a user secret key through peeping the user's hand movements when the user inputs the information. CONSTITUTION: An information input device includes a control unit, a key display, a key pad input unit, a host computer, a communication unit, and a case reader. The control unit(302) displays an image of a digit number on the key display(304). The key display is formed with one of an LCD, a CRT, and an EL display. The key pad input unit(306) is formed with a transparent key pad and transmits an inputted key value to the control unit. The communication unit connects the host computer to the control unit. The case reader(308) is used for reading information of a card.
