PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the assembly man-hours and the number of parts of a hook by urging an opening and closing lever without using a spring, etc., as another member. SOLUTION: A hook is provided with an almost C-shaped hook main body 2 having an opening part 3 which a body to be locked can pass through, and an opening and closing lever 4 whose upper end is pivotably attached to make the opening part 3 open and close. A circular elastic tongue piece 11 pressed against the inside of the hook main body 2 is integrally formed in an end at a pivot part side of the opening and closing lever 4, and the opening and closing lever is urged to close the normally opening part 3.
