PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens device achieving high magnification though it is compact. SOLUTION: The lens device varies power by moving a first lens 6 and a second lens 18 arranged nearer to an image side than the first lens in an optical axis direction. The lens device has a first driving member 15 moving the first lens in the optical axis direction by rotating around an optical axis, a second driving member 17 singly moving the second lens in the optical axis direction, and driving mechanisms 20 and 26 at least driving and rotating the first driving member.
