PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition more excellent in heat resistance and lubricating performance and to provide a roller bearing reduced in seizure at high temperatures and in the occurrence of delamination caused by a microstructural change with whitening and being excellent also in rust-preventing performance. SOLUTION: Provided are a grease composition comprising a base oil comprising a synthetic ester oil and a perfluoropolyether oil, a diurea compound as a first thickener, a fluoroplastic as a second thickener and further comprising 1 to 10 mass%, based on the entire weight of the grease, rust-preventing agent comprising at least two members selected from among carboxylic acids, carboxylates, and ester compounds and a roller bearing sealed with the grease composition.
