PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making a statistical data of information, and to provide information on the possibility of occurrence of a defective to a user, prior to the occurrence. SOLUTION: The information of usage condition about a specific battery 1 is collected via communication lines of computers from a user of the specific battery to prepare the statistical data of the information on the usage condition concerning the specific battery. The information of the usage condition is the battery capacity. Furthermore, when the information of the usage condition about a specific battery is collected via the communication lines of computers from the user of the specific battery, and when that information indicates a sign of the occurrence of a defective, the information of the defective is provided to the user of the specific battery who has provided the information of the usage condition that indicates the sign.
