PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace and perform function of portable equipment at a higher grade than the portable equipment. SOLUTION: Specification of the function possessed by the portable equipment 2 is obtained (S112), and the obtained specification of the function of the portable equipment 2 is compared with specification of the function overlapped with the function of the portable equipment 2 storeded in a memory device 15. It is confirmed whether or not the function is made to grade-up when the function of the portable equipment 2 is performed at the function overlapped with the portable equipment (S116). When it is confirmed that the function is made graded up when the function of the portable equipment 2 is executed in the function overlapped with the portable equipment 2, the function overlapped with the portable equipment 2 is executed on behalf of the portable equipment 2 (S118).
