PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-precision printing by providing a recording head capable of multi-droplet printing by one-chip configuration. SOLUTION: In a side shooter type inkjet head by the CR fabrication method, a nozzle constituting material is applied, exposed and cured by post-bake. Thereafter, the nozzle constituting material is applied again before development is carried out. Next, only a part not yet cured is exposed and subjected to post-bake. By carrying out development all together, nozzles with different distances (distances OH) between heating resistors and ink discharge orifice surfaces are formed in the same chip.
