PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and inexpensively prevent surface wobbling of a disk D in use. SOLUTION: A rotary member 3 of this fluid bearing device 1 has a shaft part 2 and a disk hub 9. A covering part 12 composed of an aggregate of a very small quantity of ink formed by an ink jet method, is formed in a recessed part formed on a disk mounting surface 9c of the disk hub 9, and thereby, the disk D is held in an expected attitude.
