<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiallergic agent with strong activity which produces its effect in a shorter time compared with conventional antiallergic agents related to pectin, and functional foods containing the antiallergic agent. <P>SOLUTION: The antiallergic agent of which the antiallergic effect is synergistically reinforced and the functional food containing the antiallergic agent is obtained by using polysaccharides of 6,000 or more of molecular cutoff obtained from substances that contain soybeans with the antiallergic activity as a raw material, together with one or more ascorbic acids, salts thereof and fatty acid esters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
