<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extendable and flexible sheet-type bone prosthetic material having excellent maneuverability during supplementation which comprises a complex of bioceramic particles with excellent biocompatiblity and regeneration of bone and a biodegradable polymer. <P>SOLUTION: The bioceramic particle and the biodegradable polymer are mixed and solubilized in an organic solvent. By drying and eliminating the organic solvent without freezing, a sheet comprising a complex of the bioceramic particles and the biodegradable polymer is formed. The biodegradable polyer is preferably a mixture of one or more selected from a group of polyglycolic acid (PGA), polylactic acid (PLA:D-form, L-form, DL-form), poly-ε-caprolactone (PLC), polydioxanone, polyamino acids, polyanhydrides, polyorthoesters and copolymers of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
