<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mountable airbag device for lower leg protection easily responding to the fact that even if a kind of mounting vehicle and the design of a periphery are changed. <P>SOLUTION: In the airbag device M1 for lower leg protection, the airbag 10 arranged at the front side of the lower leg L of a sitting occupant D and operated so as to protect the lower leg L at a collision of the vehicle and inflated to the front side of the lower leg L is arranged. A storage portion 20 for storing and retaining the airbag 10 is supported on a support arm 29. The support arm 29 is constituted so that the storage portion 20 is paid out of a stand-by position P0 to an operation position P1 for deploying and inflating the airbag 10 by the operation of a servo motor 38.
