<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, capable of efficiently and automatically performing transfer of content data to a PC 30 brought into a vehicle or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises communication means 3 and 7 for performing data communication with the PC 30; a transfer propriety determination means 12a for determining whether content data is transferable to the PC 30 communicably connected through the communication means 3 and 7 or not; a transfer execution condition determination means 12b for determining, when the transferable state is determined by the determination means 12a, a transfer execution condition of content data to the communicably connected PC 30 based on predetermined information; and a data transfer control means 12c for performing control to transfer the content data according to the transfer execution condition determined by the determination means 12b to the communicably connected PC 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
