PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which is used as a wall decoration sheet, a place mat at table and the like and which is always within arm's reach at home so as to be immediately available in the event of an emergency, and which is usually used with its front side up but, when a user wants to refer to regional information, the user can immediately make use of it by turning it over. SOLUTION: On the front side of the sheet 1 used as a place mat, patterns or drawings are provided.
