PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of bad influence as a secondary accident on a life of structure as a control target and occurrence of a safety trouble to a user in some usage cases due to an abrupt action caused by conventional control by which generally an instruction signal is stopped when a return signal reaches an abnormal level in a closed-loop control circuit. SOLUTION: This runaway prevention safety switch device is constructed so that a transfer function is adjusted to be optimized in closed-loop control for preventing a runaway accident caused by disconnection of a return circuit including a break and a connector contact failure.
