PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming medium that allows ink cartridge replacement cost reduction, that becomes a marked improvement for an ink-jet printing user. SOLUTION: The image forming medium includes a substrate and an imaging layer coated on or impregnated into the substrate, where the imaging layer includes a photobase generator and a coupling agent.
