A method for recycling the waste material of a window frame is provided to allow a decoration sheet to be separated easily from a frame main body. A method for recycling the waste material of a window frame comprising a frame main body and a decoration sheet adhered to the main body comprises the step of dipping the waste material of a window frame in a hydrocarbon-based organic solvent to separate a decoration sheet from the frame main body, wherein the hydrocarbon-based organic solvent is at least one selected from toluene, benzene and xylene and has a temperature of 18-25 deg.C.
