<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for displaying the quantity of state, by which the state etc. of an observation object can be easily recognized in real time. <P>SOLUTION: In the case where the original waveform of an electrocardiogram is to be displayed on a window 32 for original waveform display, when the original waveform is normal, the R-wave apex R of the normal original waveform is displayed in red (normal color), and when the original waveform is abnormal, the R-wave apex 36 of the abnormal original waveform is displayed in yellow (abnormal waveform color). When the original waveform is noise-abnormal, the R-wave apex 38 of the noise-abnormal original waveform is displayed in white (noise-abnormal color). Accordingly noise-abnormality and waveform-abnormality can be easily visually discriminated. Thus noise by body motion of an organism such as an experimental animal etc. and that by waveform abnormality by abnormality or the like of cardiac muscle can be easily visually confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
