<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance flexibility and extensibility of additional development or updating processing of a system by allowing an electronic document to be easily revised or reorganized, and to make it possible to reduce the development cost. <P>SOLUTION: When an electronic file FL for displaying the electronic document on an information terminal 2 is generated, a template of a code information structure is read from an RDB 3, and text data indicating a name and execution contents of a sub-task A input by an input device 18 is inserted to a description area for the name and execution contents of the sub-task A in the template. An information input form A2 relating to the sub-task A and code information indicating another page link display A4 are read from the RDB 3 and are inserted to a prescribed position in the template.
