PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that subdivides each particle of a refrigerant in a gas-liquid two-phase state, also arranges a ring pan 11 in a first flow path 7 of the refrigerant for stirring to make uniform, and also easily, precisely pierces an outer restriction 14 thereof by press molding in a stacked heat exchanger which is used as an evaporator.SOLUTION: A ring island 12 and an outside chink 13 are formed between an outer surface of a bottom of the ring pan 11 and a second plate 6, and the outer restriction 14 is pierced in the base of the ring pan 11 at a position of the outside chink 13. |
