PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health maintenance food product by washing, pre-drying, shredding and bent processing a leaf part and a petiole of Angelica keiskei, having inexpensive price, delicious taste and easy to eat and capable of intaking various health maintenance component.SOLUTION: A leaf part and a petiole of Angelica keiskei is washed, pre-dried, shredded and bent processed, and applied to seasoning process by Koji seasoning at 1/10 weight ratio of the total amount of the Angelica keiskei.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
