PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery and the like capable of appropriately suppressing a reduction in battery capacity in a charge/discharge cycle test and appropriately reducing battery resistance.SOLUTION: A battery 1 includes a positive electrode plate 21 having a positive electrode active material layer 23 containing positive electrode active material particles 24, a negative electrode plate 31, and a nonaqueous electrolyte 40 having a compound containing fluorine. A coating film 25 containing fluorine and phosphorus is provided on a particle surface 24n of each of the positive electrode active material particles 24. The ratio Cf/Cp of the number of fluorine atoms Cf to the number of phosphorus atoms Cp in the coating film 25 satisfies 1.89≤Cf/Cp≤2.61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
