DIAGNOSTIC KIT AND USING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic kit that facilitates detection of an alien organism in red blood cells with a small amount of biological sample.SOLUTION: A diagnostic kit uses both a biological sample including red blood cells and a stain solution capable of dyeing nucleic acid to detect presence or absence of an alien organism in the red blood cells. The diagnostic kit comprises at least one diagnostic plate. The diagnostic plate comprises: a first chamber into which the biological sample is injected; a flow channel that is connected to the first chamber; and an inspection plate that is connected to the flow channel. A second chamber is connected to the inspection plate. The flow channel extracts the red blood cells. The second chamber can capture a part of the biological sample. This diagnostic kit facilitates detection of the alien organism in the red blood cells with a small amount of biological sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
