The present invention relates to a packaging method of food for cooking. The packaging method of food for cooking comprises: a first step of providing a first film of a microwave transmitting material to form a food accommodation unit to accommodate the food for cooking; a second step of providing a sheet comprising glass fiber emitting far-infrared radiation to the food and a fluorine resin coated on an upper and a lower portion of the glass fiber in the food accommodation unit; a third step of arranging the food for cooking on an upper portion of the sheet; and a fourth step of providing a second film of a microwave transmitting material to seal the second film on the first film by vacuum. Also, the present invention relates to specially packaged food for cooking. According to the present invention, a container in which the food for cooking is packaged can be used to instantly and quickly roast the food in a microwave oven. Texture similar to directly fired roasted food and juice remain in the food to provide a light taste. |
