PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide which enables a pluripotent stem cell to proliferate in an undifferentiated state, and does not require immobilizing treatment to an incubator by a chemical bond, and is industrially producible, and a culture method of a pluripotent stem cell using the polypeptide.SOLUTION: A polypeptide includes: (1) a first region including at least one selected from a group consisting of an amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 1 and an amino acid sequence shown by RGD; and (2) a second region including (2-i) an amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 2, (2-ii) an amino acid sequence which has 50% or more identity to amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 2, and has adsorption ability to an incubator, or (2-iii) an amino acid sequence in which 1 to 30 amino acid residues are added, substituted or deleted to the amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 2 and which has adsorption ability to the incubator, and consists of 40 to 450 amino acid residues.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
