According to the present invention, a friction stir welding and cutting apparatus comprises: a jig on which a welded product is mounted; a rotating tool spaced from one side of an upper portion of the jig at a predetermined distance to be lifted and provided to friction-stir the welded product; and a cutting unit provided at one side of the jig to cut the welded product with a force dropping and pressurizing the rotating tool.
