PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up the movement speed of a nozzle to a substrate in which solder bridge occurs in comparison with the nozzle whose tip does not extend to the radially outside.SOLUTION: An attachment 100 attached to the tip 83 of a nozzle body 82 has a shape including: an upper inclined surface 110 which constitutes an outer edge surface of a discharge port 84 and inclines to the radial outside as it goes toward the base end part 80B side (downward side); and a lower inclined surface 120 which constitutes the peripheral surface connected to the base end part B side (downward side) from the outer edge of the upper inclined surface 110 and inclines to the radial inside as it goes toward the base end part side (downward side).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
