PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker enabling developing and manufacturing in a short period without changing the display's layout regardless of the difference in language.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: a heat chamber storing a heated article in a body; a door covering a front face of the heat chamber; heating means for heating the heated article; and an operation display part that is provided in the body or the door and includes an LCD display part for introducing a heating condition of the heating means to a deep hierarchy in order to set a wanted cooking menu from a plurality of conditions, a display part with a touch panel having a touch panel provided on a top face of the LCD display part for detecting an input, and starting means for starting the cooking. In the heating cooker, the number of segments in the lengthwise direction necessary for forming Japanese characters indicating on the LCD display part is double or more than the minimal number of segments in a lengthwise direction for identifying English alphabetic characters when indicating English alphabetic characters in two-stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
