PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack that adjusts level difference size for proper seal linear load with a simple and economic configuration so as to improve the performances of the fuel cell stack such as power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 10 includes a laminate 14 in which a plurality of power generation cells 12 are laminated. At an end of the laminate 14, a terminal plate 16b, an insulating plate 18b, and an end plate 20b are provided. A second seal member 50 is interposed, between the insulating plate 18b and an end metal separator 26 (end), so as to surround an outer peripheral end of the terminal plate 16b. The second seal member 50 has an inner raised seal portion 50c, and an outer raised seal portion 50d, in contact with a thickness adjustment shim member 68 that is arranged in the insulating plate 18b. |
