PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding metal mold device and a powder molding method having a deburring mechanism or a weighting filling mechanism.SOLUTION: A powder molding method comprises a process S110 of preparing a metal mold set skewed by a vertically operable core rod penetrating upward from below through the axis of a hollow shaft part of a lower punch fitted to an outer frame metal mold, a process S111 of loading the metal mold set carried in a state of not fitting an upper punch in a deburring mechanism, a proces S112 of removing a burr remaining by sticking to the inner diameter part vicinity of the outer frame metal mold by vertically operating a core part by driving core part vertically driving means, a process S113 of inputting raw material powder by placing the metal mold set on a weighting table of a precision weighting unit after deburring and a process S114 of sending the metal mold set filled with the raw material powder to an ultrasonic filling mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
