PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valuable medium processor which allows a user to quickly and surely take out a valuable medium from a branch part even when the valuable medium jams the branch part and it remains near the branch part because the valuable medium processor is capable of determining that the valuable medium exists near the branch part, a valuable medium processing system and a valuable medium processing method.SOLUTION: The valuable medium processor comprises: branch parts 18a and 60a for branching valuable media (for example, coins and bank notes) conveyed by conveyance parts 14 and 56; position detection parts (for example, detection sensors 21 and 61) for detecting positions of the branch parts 18a and 60a; and a control part (for example, main body control part 80) for determining whether there is a valuable medium near the branch part 18a or 60a on the basis of detection information by the position detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
