PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic package capable of coping with compaction and low profile of the package body, and in which a crystal vibrator to be mounted later comes into contact with a pillow preferentially, without coming into contact with the package body.SOLUTION: A ceramic package 1a includes a package body 2a composed of ceramic and having a front surface 3 and a back surface 4 of rectangular outer shape in the plan view, and four side faces 5 located between the front surface 3 and back surface 4, where the thickness between the front surface 3 and back surface 4 is 0.05-0.15 mm, a plurality of back connection terminals 6 formed at positions along a pair of side faces 5, on the back surface 4 of the package body 2a, a mounting terminal 7 formed on the front surface 3 of the package body 2a, and mounting a crystal vibrator 12, and a pillow 10a formed on the front surface 3 of the package body 2a.
