PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit that has no gap formed between an electrode and an electrode plate in spite of use in a high-temperature oxygen atmosphere, and suppresses the electrode and electrode plate from breaking and also suppresses a bolt from breaking by reducing bending stress applied to the shaft of the bolt so as to be used more stably for a long period.SOLUTION: An electrode plate 7 is formed of a first wall part 7b and a second wall part 7d integrally in a substantially L shape in front view. The first wall part 7b faces a side face (first surface) 15b as one surface, where a through hole is formed, of a fixed part 15. Further, a second wall part 7d faces a lower surface (second surface) 15b as one surface, where the through hole is not formed, of the fixed part 15. The bolt 9 and nut 11 hold the fixed part 15 of the electrode 5, the first wall part 7b of the electrode plate 7, and washers 13b-13d therebetween. Consequently, the electrode 5 and electrode plate 7 are fixed and electrically connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
