PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module having flexibility and high temperature heat resistance and an exhaust pipe for a vehicle using the thermoelectric conversion module.SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module comprises: a substrate in which an insulating layer is formed on one surface of a graphite sheet; and a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements connected in series to the lower electrodes, the thermoelectric conversion elements each including lower electrodes, a p-type thermoelectric conversion layer and an n-type thermoelectric conversion layer, lower adhesive layers for bonding the thermoelectric conversion layers to the lower electrodes, and an upper electrode connecting the p-type thermoelectric conversion layer to the n-type thermoelectric conversion layer. A thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate is not more than a thermal expansion coefficient of the lower electrode of the thermoelectric conversion element, the adhesive layer, the p-type and n-type thermoelectric conversion layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
