PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insure safety even when it is forgotten to recover a cover mounted on a hot air outlet. SOLUTION: A cover 15 is attached to a hot air outlet of a hot air heater, and a shape memory alloy stopper member 15a is provided inside the cover 15. Hereby, any dust is prevented from entering the hot air outlet upon non-use of the apparatus in an off-season, and even when the apparatus is operated while it is forgotten to be removed in an early stage of a heating season, the cover 15 is prevented from being automatically out of position into a closed state for insurance of safety.
