PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance welding machine capable of conducting resistance welding at a site having small power source capacity or having ns power source. SOLUTION: Resistance welding can not be conventionaly used except except the site where a larges capacity power source is available due to its large electric current requirement. Besides the time requiring the large electric current, i.e., energizing time is short, and the availafiby of the power source. A means 1 for supplying AC power generated by an AC generator 5 to a welding transformer and accumulating the mechanical power to drive the AC generator as energy is provided, thus short time and large electric power is obtained by inputting long time and small mechanical power. The mechanical power can be used for a means without requiring the electric power source for engine drive, etc.
